THE TRUTH ABOUT THE CHICKEN CASSEROLE

The cooked chicken is an unusual 19th century object, little known, revisited by Mw. A kind of spit allows the poultry to be cooked vertically, with a simple cooking mode: just place it on the pic and push it down.

The latter being hollow, the heat rises, the cooking is uniform and the flesh becomes soft.

The juice flows along the chicken to make it crispy. The hollow plate around the peak welcomes all kinds of vegetables that benefit and entrust.

Redesigned by Guillaumet Bardot and made in France by a sandstone factory. Each piece is unique because all are shaped and glazed by hand.
