Let’s enjoy the beautiful weather around an aperitif, a picnic or a light meal on the terrace: I prepared this tzatziki for a meal with colleagues, very fresh and very simple to make, they loved it! On blinis, toasts or alone, this spread is perfect for any situation.
Ingredients for a tzatziki
- 500gr Greek yoghurt
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 lime
- salt, pepper
- 2 cloves garlic

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Wash the cucumber and mint. Remove the mint leaves from their branches and chop them on the beech wood cutting board.
Pour the Greek yoghurt and mint into a mixing bowl and mix.
Peel your cucumber with our peeler, slice it with the small hand mandolin and pour into the bowl. Don’t forget to peel your cucumber on our everything board and thus put the peelings more easily in the trash.
Take your cloves of garlic and chop them with the Corsican knife and then pour them into the mixing bowl and mix everything.
Grind the pepper with the spice mortar, add pepper and salt your mixture to finish the seasoning.
Mix one last time, chill and enjoy!
