This orange salad is the perfect dessert for hot days. And there’s nothing easier to prepare! Tasting an orange without skin is a very different experience. You have to try it because it’s really worth it, even if removing all the skins takes a little longer.
This recipe was passed on to me by my friend Julien, my (absolute) reference among amateur cooks around me.
Ingredients for an orange salad
- 1 orange per person
- Saffron Pistils
Utensils to use :
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Peel an orange and remove the endocarp (white inner skin between each quarter) with a good knife. Do not hesitate to use our Corsican knife which will allow to peel and cut orange in a clear and without difficulty.
Place your quarters in a dish, add a few pistils of saffron and 2-3 tablespoons of liquid honey, and just mix.
Arrange your dish on our everything board, to take it in peace to your garden table.
Put your salad in the fridge before eating it, it will be much better.
